As Patient Manager and Surgery Coordinator, she serves as a personal contact for potential patients interested in plastic surgery, and works with the front desk in streamlining the consultation process. Morgan focuses on building relationships with prospective patients during the provider selection process. Making the decision about who will be your plastic surgeon is complex and can be overwhelming when navigating the web. Morgan has a refined ability to assist prospective patients in highlighting the most significant factors in selecting a plastic surgeon, and in clarifying questions. She will be there to answer any questions you may have before and after your visit as well as help bridge a positive and open relationship with Dr. James Rosing. Emsculpt Coordinator, Medical Esthetician
Nicole has worked in aesthetic medicine over the past 11 years and is a licensed medical esthetician. She was solely responsible for lead generation, sales, and client services focused on our non-invasive body contouring using Emsculpt. Nicole has extensive experience in local networking, social media, and account management. She thrives in a multi-tasking environment which results in the ability to deal successfully with the demands of a busy and diverse patient base. Nicole possesses strong communication skills, a calm and pleasant demeanor, and an innate ability to be warm and compassionate. At Allure MD, Nicole is responsible for administering Emsculpt new client education, treatment of new an existing patients as well as offering medical esthetician services. In addition, Nicole serves as an ideal resource for how to stay connected to the practice by guiding patients in linking to our social media platforms, website, email subscriber lists, how to review us, and how to receive the latest specials offered through Allure MD while ensuring patient privacy.

April has worked in the medical field for over 17 years and has a true passion for helping others with a focus on patient safety and patient comfort. April’s background in the medical industry is extensive. She has held positions in as well as served in management roles in the following areas: front office and checkout, medical records manager, patient coordinator and scheduler, practice finance management, inventory and supply manager, medical assistant and sterile processing supervisor, as well as holds a license as a Medical Esthetician. Her experience in the medical industry is invaluable. Her creativity, entrepreneurial and leadership skills, as well as her extensive history working in the medical industry have greatly contributed to the expansion and success of Allure MD. April coordinates all patient related third party billing and financial matters.
