I have been to several top plastic surgeons in both Orange County and Beverly Hills, and found Dr. Rosing to be the most qualified and top notch surgeon. He stands out mainly because he is the only one who truly listened to my problem and then provided me with options on how I should address the problem in a very clear way so I could make a fair, educated decision.-C.
